At Pilatera, we value transparency and clarity. Our terms and conditions outline the guidelines and expectations for all visitors and users of our platform. It is important to understand the terms that govern your interactions and experiences on our website, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
1. SESSION PACKAGES

Session packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Packages activate on the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

All credits are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable

Each package has a fixed validity; unused credits expire automatically once the validity period ends.

Extensions are not permitted unless approved in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified medical reasons).
2. CREDITS & SESSION VALUE

Pilatera operates on a credit-based system.
-
1 credit = 1 session (Reformer, Mat, Yoga, or any class included in your package).
-
Each package contains the corresponding number of credits:
-
5-Session Package = 5 credits
-
10-Session Package = 10 credits
-
Private Packages = number of sessions purchased
-

A credit is deducted each time you attend a class or late-cancel within the cancellation window.
-
Credits cannot be split, shared, refunded, or transferred.

Once all credits are used, a new package must be purchased to continue booking sessions.
3. BOOKING CLASSES

All bookings must be made through the Glofox app or the Pilatera website.
-
You may book any class as long as you have remaining credits.
-
Class schedules, instructors, and formats may change as needed by the studio.
4. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
To respect the time of all clients:
Late Cancellation

Cancelling a class within 10 hours of the start time will result in 1 credit being deducted.
No-Show
-
Missing a booked class without cancellation counts as a no-show and will result in 1 credit being deducted.
5. PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions/packages must be paid before the first session.
-
If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time; instructors are not required to extend the session.

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours' notice.
-
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be deducted from your package.
6. HEALTH & SAFETY
-
Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations.

Participation in all classes is voluntary and at your own risk.

Instructors may modify or restrict movements for safety.
-
Pilatera reserves the right to refuse participation if a session is deemed unsafe for the client.
-
A separate Liability Waiver must be signed before attending any class.
7. STUDIO POLICIES

Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to prepare.
-
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed into class for safety reasons.
-
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes.
-
Phones must be kept on silent and personal items must be kept in the designated storage area.
-
Please wipe down and clean any equipment or mats after use.
8. WAITLIST

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through Glofox.
-
If a spot becomes available, you will be notified automatically.
-
If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend, it will count as a no-show, and a credit will be deducted.
9. REFUND POLICY

All sessions / packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless approved by management, on special cases.

Refunds are only considered in cases of:

Verified medical conditions preventing participation
-
Extended studio closures (14+ consecutive days)

Please check the package validity before purchasing.

Approved refunds may be issued as Pilatera credit.
10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Pilatera is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any belongings brought into the studio.

Please store valuables in the provided lockers or cubby spaces.
11. COMMUNICATION
By creating an account with Pilatera, you agree to receive:

Booking confirmations

Class reminders
-
Package expiry notifications
12. POLICY UPDATES
Pilatera may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of session packages or studio services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
