Mat Sessions

​​Mat Sessions feature different clean, controlled, mat-based formats, each designed to activate with precision while staying accessible to every woman. All mat classes are Open Level, creating a space where confidence and challenge can grow side by side.

For the most harmonious results, we encourage blending all reformer and mat experiences throughout the week. Rotating between formats helps your strength develop naturally, supports deeper body awareness, and allows your practice to evolve beautifully over time.
